Who we are

This website is operated by Film Me Pty Ltd ("Film Me"), a corporate video post-production company. This policy explains how Film Me handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you use the enquiry form or message us, we receive the details you give: your name, work email, organisation and what you tell us about your project.
• Website analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read. We do not use advertising trackers.
• Client projects. Footage and documents that clients send for post-production are handled under our client agreements, and as described on the page How Film Me uses AI.

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to prepare a quote. We do not sell personal information or share it for marketing.

Embedded video

Videos on this site are hosted by YouTube and Vimeo. Nothing loads from their video players until you press play. When you do, those services may set cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies. Preview images for the videos are loaded from their image servers.

Storage and security

Enquiries are received by email and kept only as long as needed to deal with them and to meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information Film Me holds about you. Contact us through the enquiry form. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
